Nicole Ribeiro, MBM, IAABC-ADT

Nicole is an accredited Canine Trainer and animal behavior professional with over 15 years experience dealing with aggressive dogs and dogs with socialization or other behavioral problems. Nicole began her training career with the United States Navy as a Military Police Dog Handler/Trainer. She has since moved toward helping pet owners develop a loving and enriching bond with their pets through positive reinforcement and holistic treatment methods. Nicole is a mentor trainer for CATCH Academy and a tester for AKC CGC testing program, a former member of the American Temperament Testing Society and is a member of the Society for the Promotion of Applied Research in Canine Sciences. Nicole has completed training programs as a Veterinary Technician, Canine Anatomy & Physiology, Animal Emergency First Response and Trauma Care, as well as Canine Nutrition and Holistic Care and Canine Herbal Medicine. She has also recently completed her program in Canine Behavior and Genetics through the Institute for Canine Biology and Canine Strength & Conditioning Foundations through Dog Sport University and has studied at the Ethology Institute in Cambridge. 


Nicole is a member of the Pet Professional Guild, and is accredited through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants and certified in Holistic Canine Behavior Management from Canine Principles, UK.
